I keep my reading materials with me at all times and my phone stocked with podcasts and audible books so even though I don't have time to work on my investing every day, at least I can read or listen in any small amount of spare time I can find and keep up on education and motivation.

The course material should be the same, although I would say it definitely matters who your instructor is.The book you'll get is called "Principles and Practices of New Jersey Real Estate" by Frank W.

I would agree with the blown-in, it's not that cheap but it beats the rip-off, locating the screws isn't going to work, if you are doing it youself, and no labor cost, it might make sense, but remember, it's material vs time, I would just rip it off instead of locating screws.

i think buying materials and paying contractor for labor that's finished is the safest way.
