I keep my reading materials with me at all times and my phone stocked with podcasts and audible books so even though I don't have time to work on my investing every day, at least I can read or listen in any small amount of spare time I can find and keep up on education and motivation.  

The course material should be the same, although I would say it definitely matters who your instructor is.The book you'll get is called "Principles and Practices of New Jersey Real Estate" by Frank W.

I would agree with the blown-in, it's not that cheap but it beats the rip-off, locating the screws isn't going to work, if you are doing it youself, and no labor cost, it might make sense, but remember, it's material vs time, I would just rip it off instead of locating screws.

His books are not speedd reading material, but worth the time in my opinion.Glad no offense was taken!

You Social Media Marketing: I've gotten buyer leads from doing Facebook promoted posts for properties.

We don't highlight every post on the front page of our blog platform, but any post that is free of advertising and self-promotion, that adds value, should certainly remain on the front page of the platform -- at least for a little bit.

I thought the classes and material were sub-par.  

i think buying materials and paying contractor for labor that's finished is the safest way.
