I would strongly advise anyone who holds notes to have a servicing company - make sure whoever you use is licensed in your stateNote this is not a promotion for FCI and I have not worked with them in the past. 

Market share for newer promoters without in-house management teams will be scarce.Some Macro Thoughts: It's an exciting time to be alive.

We promote self-management to help STS owners keep as much of the profit in their pocket as possible. 

They post solicitations, promotional links in posts, SPAM, multiple posts of the same exact message, etc.Some of these people do it because they are not yet familiar with our policies, and others do it because they think they can slip something past our moderators and admins.Whatever the reason, we will edit any posts that do not follow our rules.
