Suggest you complete your profile in order for people to know more about you and be inclined to share and support you with better responses.Until the personal rep has been appointed and court has confirmed capacity, powers and authority, there is no contractual standing, meaning no ability to contract as exec or admin.

On notes that have underwater assets, you would want longer seasoning and better borrower profile (employment history, credit score, etc. ) to help ensure the integrity of the loan performance.

I don't even have a profile picture on mine, I just get tagged in all of my wife's photos, and I only go on there once every few months and can't take more than 2 minutes of status updates of who ate what for dinner or who did what workout......I really should create a page and ask all of my friends (or just have her ask all of her friends) to like my page to get more publicity to my property.

Metsker suggested, your going to have to contact a local title company and open a property profile account to research what you currently have.When you go to the court house to pull files, the document your looking for is "Petition For Probate" (DE-111).This will give you "Estate Of (decedents name)" Here you'll cross reference the decedents name and verify he/she had real property.
