They offer the following and more: a daily hotline for deal reviews, an automated repair calculator that finds the parts you need, where they are located, the ability to order from the online form and have them delivered. a point and click scope of work form for the contractor that has every configuration of a room possible and the ability to list everything you want rehabbed down to door stops that you print and hand to the contractor.

The US or other governments can print money and dilute the purchasing power of money. 

Would the owners of the company read every page and detail of a printed marketing brochure?

@Zachary Phelan  I've used Listsource for obtaining the list for my mailings and we have used yellow letters for the actual mailings, but mostly we have been using vista print because its so easy to find deals on their site. 

Yet this is often a critical time interval where that owner is looking for a solution to his/her problem.Our 30 years of programming background has now allowed us to push out by email each day a fresh NOD data file including names, addresses, phone numbers (where available), and prepopulated mailing labels ready for printing with a couple of clicks.
