I personally wouldn’t give 50% upfront and I wouldn’t let a contractor make me feel pressured to make a decision like that.

IMHO recent times the hiring process is the worst it has ever been.That said putting financial pressure on people will up their efforts and accept borderline jobs for the short term bill paying.

So all of a sudden the wholesaler wanting to make a big Wack cant the turn key company or rehab sell to investor company cant pay as much and the pressure goes back to what the assets will sell for given a certain cash flow for the minimum allowable down payment.. its simply work the numbers backwards..
