In FC average is 500 to 800 a bedroom depending on what utilities and how much space you allow your roommate.

I spoke to code enforcer as i was initially going to make the unfinshed room a 3rd bedroom to one of the uints but wasnt able to, but i could make it a storage space.

I want to break into this space but I would have to go at it through syndication.

These properties are 10-15 minutes away from our google and Duolingo offices with many many, too many office space available for future companies (like a division of 3m is expanding near the google campus).

Question for you all concerning the analysis of a triple net property.I'm working with a client who's interested in a 6,000SF office space set up for medical spaces.

Aside from the rates being low I imagine a lot of people working in their apartments cooped up all day thinking about how awesome it would be to have extra space and a yard.

I don't have personal experience with this, but if I were looking to rent a home I would be less inclined to rent it if I was sharing my yard/space with another tenant.

Investment properties under $45,000 are financeable, but there are less lenders willing to play in that space.  

If you have the time and space to wholesale for your own deals, then definitely go for it!
