One of my first kinda big deals is going to be a partnership with a vet.

Whether there were reliable hard money lenders that folks we familiar with in the Ohio area or anyone interested in some sort of partnership on this deal.

The difference is that (in most counties of CA) the transfer triggers transfer taxes and a change in title, whereas, my process does not.

I have 4 different partnerships .how can I put these homes under one company. and what would that be .we have about $2500 monthly cash flow and $ 500,000 equity .

I do partnerships, flips, buy to hold and will build soon, and a lot of the info I use now is what I've learned at that seminar.I also have 15 year of RE experience from working in the past at a property management company, construction company and being a broker for over 12 years.

You never asked for a raise or a partnership stake in the business.    

@Jayson Greenblatt I would check with local attorney on partnership/llc law in your state. 

Then I would go out and find deals to bring them and get paid for you services through an assignment fee or possible partnership.

With any partnership, make sure the Ds are spelled out in writing!
