I am not opposed to that model. 23 units seems like a number that is too large for, as he hinted at, a traditional property manager but maybe too small for a full time "duo", especially in non peak times.

Hey y'all,Read David Greene's Long Distance REI and wanted to consider this:"If you continuously make extra payments toward the principal of the loan, you not only pay the principal down faster through the extra payments, but you also ensure a larger percentage of your next payment goes toward the principal.One common way people take advantage of this phenomena is by making half of their monthly payment every two weeks as opposed to one payment a month.

It will hopefully operate as a rental space for outside events like gallery shows or other private functions.The compliance issues I am interested in are more towards the operational side as opposed to the construction side.
