The potential tenants from the realtor were much better quality than what I was getting online and from my yard sign.

I have been reading all i can for a few months now attempting to arm myself with a little knowledge before i try to jump into an investing career, but i am sure that investing is what i want to do.So my question is about the online auction process.  

Look up all the last namesIf you go to the Tarrant County District court you can get online access for $35.00 a month.

Otherwise I require them to complete the credit/background/eviction report online.

But if you already act with high integrity, that should not be a problem.If you let it go inactive, that's fine too, but I really think the referral and listing opportunities could make it worth keeping.  

Perhaps we should come up with an online class and title it something like:"How to Use BiggerPockets to Be a Rockstar Real Estate Investor"@Brandon Turner could host this, or something just like it, covering different aspects of real estate investing every week on Thursday evenings!
