The seller listed the property this past Monday and will stop taking offers on Saturday.

Also, the $85K lot was way overpriced in 2006 and is only assessed for $65K; however, the offer has yet to be made, only calls from realtors.

If the husband's heirs demand $100k for their 1/2 interest the insurer is probably only going to be willing to offer the $75k policy amount.
