Hi all, I am familiarizing myself with at the Casper market and wondering whether any local investors can shed some perspective on overall property values relative to rents in the area.

I lost pretty much all my savings and stocks from the scam.  

I purchased the property 10 years ago with the idea of it being a long term investment.

The property was purchased about 30 years ago and is paid off.

Here's a summary of their experiences:In Las Vegas, the government pays about 80% of the rent (depending on the tenant's income) and the tenant is supposed to pay the balance.

However as many of you know in business the bigger the risk the bigger the reward.

This is the same type of pitch other gurus are using. 

If they lose some or all of their capital the LP with newbie syndicator then they make it up in a month with other investments and have tax write off.

I've been using PropStream to pull comps, but lately, I’ve noticed the data feels a bit outdated.

@Mario CastellanosBIG assumption but if accurate it means the property is under water meaning they owe more money on the property than it is worthThey would not be able to sell it without lender permission essentially.
