Update on our 2-family flip in Southington, CTthe kitchen cabinets on the first floor have been installed and now that they are in the countertop installers will come and make their template for the granite countertop we will be putting on the 1st floor just like we did on the secondfor the last 2 days we have had our guys go work on some of the odds and ends (the little things) that need to be done before we put the house up for salethe 1st floor laundry room/walk in closet has been tiled and the shelves for the closet have been installed alsothey should be done with the first floor by Friday or Saturday and starting next week/late this week the contractors will be starting on installing the vinyl siding and wrapping the windows in aluminum as wellHML updateOnce the countertop is installed (probably early next week) we can then get the draw associated with the work on the first floorOverall we are starting to see this project come together in a big way and we can see the finish line which is always a good feeling!

The first restriction placed on us was a max of 4 properties per relationship with that bank, even if we used different LLC's, it would still be counted as one relationship.

Once you have been in title to the property 6 months and 1 day, then you can do a standard Fannie Mae cash out refinance that doesn't have restrictions of having had to pay cash for the property.
