Expenses (Monthly):$500 a month for student loans (total of 16k left)$1,500 per month dedicated to various expenses including car insurance, food, entertainment, and other bills (Won’t go into detail on how its broken up but it is deficiently accounted for meticulously on my own budget and is paid off in full every month on my credit card)No current rent expenses Car is currently paid off.

In my situation, they took all their furniture, clothes, food, toiletries.

I'm confident we can cash flow enough money as is with little advertisement, but I'd like to make this more appealing to renters in a rapidly growing city (just crossed the 10k population mark) with new businesses and commercial food chains showing up in the next couple of years.

I also have a portable fridge for food storage.For the bathroom, I have a couple ideas.

Just some food for thought.

I hope to see Montana as a major producer of food and hemp products in the future.Rural areas have a huge advantage when it comes to relaxed regulations, like no zoning for example.

More name brand companies and commercial food have started to make there way in the area as well.
