North Carolina, Texas, Florida are amazing places to invest but if you have no network in those regions and you’re 800 miles away, it’s going to be extra difficult to break into that level of competition.My personal opinion?

I was just in escrow for an SFR that I just backed out of in the North Natomas region of Sacramento. 

I highly doubt they go that far north but I’m not sure.

Amor, the area north of 244 to pine / Apache (depending on area) is a good pocket to pay attention to, especially if being in the path of progress is important.
