Have you tried non traded REIT investing?

In fact, I will have to add some more of my thoughts to this post later because I recently closed on my first non-primary residence REI property and have some renovation work to do.

I learned this because Texas is a non-disclosure state, and I noticed at some point the price I paid for my personal residence appeared on Zillow. 

I have a few different investors that have asked specifically for a non-recourse loan product.  

Does anyone know of any good documentation to help a non-accountant setting this up....

This will expose you to more non-conventional investment deals that will put less emphasis on your credit score.

Real estate investors who are used to the fix and flip game often have a hard time wrapping their head around why non performing notes are something that they should spend some time looking into for their real estate investments.

Number of hours a week is not the determining factor of employee versus non-employee.  

Can anyone help me out on what the best and worst States are for non-performing and performing notes?
