Should I re-sign my lease, rent for another year and keep stockpiling money for my next STR investment in a more STR-friendly market?

So if you can buy it at a lower price, your spread is larger (spread=equity).Your value is ultimately going to be determined by an appraiser and that appraiser is going to go off of like properties nearby that have sold recently.

We use an attorney who is licensed in many states,  a servicer, and due diligence involves us and people who are nearby the target in question.  

The nearby sales indicate no... but even the nearby sales are confusing to me.

As I live in CA and have a STR nearby this listing, I thought I'd check it out.

Be extra careful in areas with high water tables as the possibility of contamination to water supplies and homes nearby are increased like David said.

My confusion with botany woods / east side is whether or not the people in the expensive homes shop and spend their time nearby or in town.
