Starting out I don't think I will be able to use the BRRRR method but once I get up and running that is my plan!

Could anyone share a few of those experiences and tell about some of the challenges that they may have had and what methods they used more than once?

I'm using the BRRRR method to buy with cash, rehab, refinance and repeat.

I would like to begin my real estate journey with wholesaling as the foundation of my real estate business and after mastering that process I would like to begin rehabbing properties and building a rental portfolio. 

I am looking to start taking action in some way to get started on a RE investing journey.

You just have to realize it's fake and there are tidbits of reality sprinkled in.My REI journey started with my previous landlady, who owned a few rentals and was a real estate agent. 

That's how you make money in pre foreclosure world but the laws changed in our states so you have to be pretty cautious how you do these and it was those changes that led to me abandoned this method of buying property.. but early in the process like mentioned above it was rare to be able to buy those.. remember your not the only one trolling these someone with a notice of default is going to get no less than 200 or so yellow letters and hammered by real estate agents for a listing.Along with the fact that they have probably lived in the house for a year or more for free.. so that motivation Is down the line.. and forget about fixing their credit at this point its trashed..
