Owl Marketplace is another site you can use that’s specific to corporate clients.

Did you have a pre-existing connection with the buyer, or did you use something like Facebook marketplace to market your deal to investors? 

It is not easy to find properties in this market place and they have been working hard everyday, on top of their other day jobs, to learn and master the art of fix and flipping properties.The great thing is that they are not just "one hit wonders".

If this were me, and you are getting a GOOD deal, then I wouldn't pass it up because of this very small detection.
