Which one do you find easier to manage?

Include not only the mortgage payment but also taxes, insurance, property management fees (if applicable), maintenance costs, vacancy allowance, and any planned capital improvements.

So, if you can manage to find the money for even a SMALL BRRRR and execute it well your capital can increase to do slightly larger and larger projects as you complete each deal. 

Consider the responsibilities involved, with selling releasing you from property management duties and renting requiring ongoing maintenance and tenant management. 

Well the reason I chose 8 units is because I fully believe I'd be able to manage 8 units myself.
