It's harder having 1 or 2 properties and maintaining a full time job, with doing this part time.

There is really nothing passive about my real estate income, as I am proactive about finding properties, securing the financing, purchasing them, rehabbing them, finding good tenants, and doing all the tasks required to maintain the property.

It was nice mix of folks who came out, new and experienced, familiar and first-timers.

The image,cars,clothes,living is way more expensive to maintain out there as well.They do not get to keep all of that money unless they are the head broker and even then they have business expenses (assistants,marketing,etc.)
