first of all, thank you for your reply and i really appreciate the acknowledgement from other investor as i keep second guessing myself in this deali think what freaked me out a bit was when i found out about the 3rd floor exterior siding and it's rather difficult to find contractor who work with scaffolding yet not break a bank, i eventually found a contract who i worked with in the past that can do it, but this event kinda make to second guess my decision
