The best way to find this would be to contact local PM companies that manage STRs and ask what they charge.

Once you pick a market connect with an local agent, PM, contractor etc in the area. 

However, we also recognize that due to the proliferation of home surveillance cameras and drones, there is some uncertainty about what surveillance activities may be maintained without resulting in an invasion of privacy of another person.

The project seems to be more targeted toward the local community and long-term rentals.

I think I'll save more by using an experienced local architect that can provide contractor contacts and cost-saving design features and products (like windows, doors, finishes, etc.).

Could a long term lease could be written as a series of short term leases (less than 30 days), and thus qualify income from the rental as "Active" and thus allow the tax filer to file as a "real estate professional"?
