Involuntary liens like judgment liens and state tax liens, being general debts, remain as a debt to the debtor, even though the property was sold via tax deed sale or other forced liquidation (ie foreclosure or sheriff sale) on a superior debt.

I lost a deal last year to an estate liquidation company that came in to give an estimate and made an offer on the home and contents - don't want that to happen again!         

If you catch wind that a fancy grocery store is popping up a block away from a 4-plex for sale you can make a pretty well-informed decision that there will be appreciation in the properties future.

I have a big house and can't fit any more furniture or supplies in here and unfortunately Marketplace has so much of this stuff for sale there's no liquidation market either.

I like the idea of any small, non-perishable, low cost items that a client would otherwise have to go to a store to get. 

Does a bank account need to be created for receiving, and storing the funds, and if so do the funds need to be there for a certain amount of time?

I have accounts at several different local hardware stores...with those accounts we charge, it's categorized by property on the statement I get at the end of the month.
