Hi Everyone, I am looking at buying a 15 SFH portfolio in Detroit, I wanted to do a DSCR loan (total purchase $852k) but most I can find say 1 - 4 properties, all the numbers check out and make it very viable.  

Most simply don't have it and or also have very limited sales and closings skills ..

Hey Micah,There are certainly lenders that can help with something like that, but I think you are going to run into some issues with your values. 

But you do have a strong case.

A lot of free themes built around vacation rentals etc.It isn't quite as easy as Wix, but I think you could manage it.Bluehost and Dreamhost are 2 site hosting services that work with WordPress.There is a lot to unpack here but by using WP, you can start with just a simple site then add more stuff like payments etc.
