I am a single parent about to start school (again) finishing off my BS degree, but I am also needing to move from MD to VA (both very expensive states to rent from) I recently checked my credit score and have done very well getting my credit straight.

For example, someone with a 620 credit score and 2 years out of BK is a good candidate because 12 months from now, our mortgage broker can help our tenant/buyer get a higher credit - maybe 680 and once one is out 3 years from a BK, one can get conventional financing.
