Hello, I need some help starting an LLC.

I used it for 5 seconds last Fall, and actually enjoyed it, but I just didn't put in the time to get benefit and didn't want to keep paying for it and not put in the work, so I canceled it and started using Prop Wire to skip trace since it's super inexpensive just for that feature since I was getting leads through other free sources. 

back in April.The new bookkeeper was supposed to create a quick books for my accounts, which I paid an initial service for and just started paying a "managing" monthly fee this month.

@Phillip Rosin - Based on the info you provided, I recommend that you start with a Fix to Rent short term loan to purchase the property and rehab it, followed by a cash out refinance into our DSCR loan.

Maybe start with uncovered then add covered as time goes on.

I know the Spanish market isn’t as strong as the states or Boston, but since I see myself being Spain longterm I have trouble starting in Boston earlier if I’m not going to be there physically from the get go.
