I typically will cross reference tax records before reaching out to an owner to verify, and that has worked well. 2) Not a very intuitive platform - It's doable to figure out, but it takes some time to get used to the system.

Everyone who matters, and plenty of people who don't, already go to either Shawn's clubs (the last Wed and Fri of the month in Anaheim and Tustin respectively) and/or Kaaren's club (I've been to that one once and I think it's on Thu night's and I know it is in Costa Mesa).Shawn's format is cool because he interviews the speaker and you get some interactivity with the Q&A.

A good agent knows how to interact and what information to research and share with the seller/seller agent to get you the best deal possible.

I learned in real estate that the best solution is to be honest and transparent in your interactions with partners, tenants, contractors etc.

I'm wondering if it has an intuitive interface that my guests would appreciate.
