Sorry, but REI's are a waste of time (generally).It is a meeting where everyone brags about how great they are doing, and do small talk about investing, exchange business cards that absolutely amounts to nothing, and then chat and mingle.

I'm just being proactive in ensuring that I interact with companies whereby the closing will run most smoothly as it relates to assignments, double closings, etc.

Would love to chat with you about the area and also see if you can recommend anyone who's a reliable and we'll also need a reputable RE agent.
