WF made me change my LLC articles of incorporation before they finally agreed.

Fast forward to 2019 and I started to get the itch to make something happen, I have been aggressively stacking cash to try to buy our first rental property going into it with our eyes wide open.For whatever reason, I didn't even know out of state investing was a thing, I just assumed I had to invest in our super high priced market that we live in.

I have a few others in Sawyer Heights with my eye on if you are interested in a long term or medium term investment.

And I think a lot of people, good and bad operates, are having their eyes opened to the true risks.

North of the river, Raytown, Independence, Blue Springs, Lee's Summit, South KC, and certain parts of KC are where I keep an eye on.

@Ben McMahon I’m still trying to figure out why we need car salesmen....now that is a dying breed in my eyes.

I've had the same renter in there for almost 2 years and he has just informed me that he will be looking to sign a new lease to remain there for at least another year if not another 2.So far, this has been a success in my eyes and I have no regrets. 

My partner and I have our eye on a triplex that we will house hack the next 6-12 months and cash flow once we move out (based on 41% expenses), its (2) SFR + (1) studio.
