I have a background as a PM for a very large general contractor (mostly building bridges and other infrastructure work), and am well versed in high stress environments and managing many moving parts and pieces as well as tracking metrics for improvement.

I also agree with Chris that if you're investing in non-performing, you will not see returns for at least a year, typically longer in the current environment (courts are still catching up from the pandemic lockdowns).If you are a small note investor...less than 10 notes, you can get away with not investing in a lot of systems/tools.

"Rich Dad Poor Dad" is a mindset changer.I just know I can't rely on the tax environment to stay the same or get better, and that's assuming the market doesn't take a dump when I need to start taking withdrawals. 

I am currently waiting for the Business Plan and the information package along with financials etc, but trying to act proactively, as I don't have any International Loan contacts.As you may have heard, property prices in Greece have been plummeted, so any loans offered in this suppressed economic environment are considered as solid loans, as the real property price is much higher.If you have a source that can accommodate this type of loans, we can both make money as I can provide a steady stream of deals.

It totally ignores the influence that massive resort labels have on the STR environment in a local town.
