Hi @Quandra Adams,Tax returns would be best, although if you end up with the same kinds of applicants I do there are two problems with that:1) Many tipped employees do not claim all of their tips (i.e. tax fraud)2) Many servers do not stay at their job for very long. 

I have rented many things in my over 40 years of life including, automobiles from Enterprise, AVIS, Hertz, boats or sea craft from various establishments in various states, and yes countless hotels around the world.Instead of asking me for a deposit they feel entitled to and SS# that is the most sacred of identity data, they simply put a hold on my credit card.

That lie, although seemingly minor, is still committing mortgage fraud.

That means that's a town that has had no growth in 50 years and little appreciation too.One of the areas where I have bought, I sold a property in 2008, then sold the identical property next door in 2013 for 60% less. 

The other attorney tried to pull in a post she made on her instagram account as a reason to state there was fraud and open us up to personal liability.

watched  a YouTube of his "strategy", what a complete fraud.

The lender is being lied to/kept in the dark about a transfer of title on purpose...that is fraud.

I actually have someone in contract with a situation almost identical.
