Also since my personal banker in Oregon has MANY dentist as clients I have a pretty good understanding of the industry.A new dentist coming out of school will have hundreds of thousands in debt then needs another 500k to build out his / her practice or to buy an existing practice so it takes them some years to get over the hump as it were.
