It should have hundreds of responses and 10x as many rentals, providing us a better idea of what's happening nationally.Based on what I've seen in my network with NARPM members around the country, most of us are seeing a very slight increase in the number of late payments and most of those are coming from people that historically pay late.

Should I live in my house the first year with roommates and save a few hundred on rent (like a house hack) or should I get it on the market ASAP and loose a few hundred bucks and pay rent somewhere else just to be as aggressive as possible in my investing career.

Also since my personal banker in Oregon has MANY dentist as clients I have a pretty good understanding of the industry.A new dentist coming out of school will have hundreds of thousands in debt then needs another 500k to build out his / her practice or to buy an existing practice so it takes them some years to get over the hump as it were.
