Problem #1 is everyyyyoneeee on this site glamourizes the BRRR concept as this perfect strategy for investors, when in reality, it's slow and non-scalable.

The reason I ask is because many new wholesalers skip this step and just jump out there without understanding the foundation of the concept of wholesaling.
