I'm a truck driver living in my truck and this is my profession for life. 

I've lived in the middle TN area for a majority of my life and interested in getting started with buy and hold investments in this area.

It sounds like a good deal and fit with a healthy ARV projection to boot. 

The less paper you can handle, the easier your life will be as a landlord I think.

I think like most things in life, if you can overcome your apprehension and fear of trying it, get out of your own way, and give it a try - pretty much anything is possible. 

I am very excited about my new life journey. 

I am a single father and I know that working a traditional 40/40 I will never be able to provide my daughter the life I dream of for us both.

My friend in Portland who got me interested in wholesaling, also advised I start with a mail campaign, while door knocking.I have knocked on a lot of doors in my life, so I know what to expect.
