Hoping to get some guidance on finding reputable homebuilders and small multifamily GCs in the San Antonio area that could build multiple fourplexes (100 Units total). 

Being new to these strategies, we are in need of guidance and have a good friend and mentor who is more than willing to help but is shifting his efforts from Seattle to Arizona (Phoenix and surrounding areas).   

I am hoping you are using a local lender who can give you some guidance. 

Per the banks after 20% the loan has to still be more than 75,000.Can someone please provide some guidance on how they handled this issue?

I tried calling legal services but I thought I would ask here first for some guidance before I spend money on an attorney.
