It is a good feeling when you let go of all these frustrations and you don't focus on everything you think the govt is fu*king up.Honestly, I barely give one thought to the govt regulation I run into every day.

ALl the neighbors surrounding the property told Tenant that no one could stay in the house for long becuase the old man treated them so very unfairly.Tenant is just very frustrated and needs to resolve the issues of this man's harrassing attitude/demeanor and get his deposit back.

I understand your frustration, but lenders also have frustration.

If so, this is a great opportunity to build a local team.But, if this is a "one off" and you don't plan to do much else in this area, then a quick clean and resale to another rehabber or landlord is my suggestion. 3 hours away might as well be a plane flight, and I've experienced first-hand the frustrations of rehabbing long-distance.

It's so frustrating to have to just explain it, I think I'm just going to start saying I live in Lake Bluff so I don't have to go "no no, the CITY OF north Chicago..." every time.
