Nope... he has partners/investors.Based on your post, the best way you can make a "business" out of this avenue that you've chosen is to establish this as a business.You will want to formally set up a business with an EIN (LLC, S-CORP, talk to a CPA about what is best for you and your partner).Then set up business bank accounts for that business.Then set up a PO BOX where all of your mail will go for that business.Now a hard money lender or a DSCR lender is going to take you more seriously when you try to borrow money for value add deals.
