Returns can definitely be higher, similar to notes on MH's.Keep in mind some parks only allow owner occupants and others may have space rent too high for it to make sense, so you have to find the right parks and the right deals.

I have only flipped 3 houses so far with varying hours dedicated to each...My first flip I ended up doing the interior painting, exterior painting, hardwood flooring and the kitchen tile backsplash and some miscellaneous punch list items.

Great points made above....Here is some better advice as to my last suggestion of just pouring the floor...LOLGet that sub that has more experience with the city and incorporate him as your lead contractor to deal with the city as you go along, pay him a bit more to act as the GC in areas of running the job per the plans and specs, with you having final authority.
