What have been a few places y’all have had the best results when it comes to finding wholesale leads with motivated sellers? 

hey BP people I've been trying to find the answer to this VA loan question and have not found a straight answer.

We did find a RE attorney from the Grand Rapids area that has structured a handful of similar land-contract projects and he will take the lead with the paperwork. 

I have purchased and renovated a couple of SFHs and am having some difficulties finding good tenants.

I've managed over 1000 residential units in my career (so far) and I've seen this plenty of times.

My wife and I have been considering jumping in as a side hustle as we are both mid-career (I'm 41 and she's 38) and we want to open up some optionality ahead of retirement. 

I can't find any information in the forums or elsewhere.Would be great to know if BP is aware of/supports/endorsers any/all of their advertisers.Thanks!
