How do other BP'ers make adjustments for the different features of a property?

It has many other useful features if these work it would seem like an incredibly useful tool. 

It is a really nice feature to quickly deliver a message.I've looked into a number of paid resources.

I was at a CAR meeting two weeks ago that featured the new HUD Secretary who has taken a decidedly different tone when it comes to home ownership.

Can't remember which package I chose but REE had this feature built in.Getting your license is not hard (I'm sure we all know some less than competent agents).

None of them had custom features (granite counter tops, custom tile, etc), and thus I couldn't determine what fixes are absolute musts vs nice to haves.
