@Daevion Poindexter there are a few I really love, the ones that are titled "how to get started or working a full time job with doing REI" are my favorites.

I just did this and it cost me $10k in equity.Wasn't my favorite thing but something I'll consider in the future.

We specialize in the northeast Denver/northwest  Aurora sectors of the metro area and the Hoffman Heights, Morris Heights, and Stanley neighborhoods are by far my favorites.  

(Just kidding, love Kiwi food: roast lamb is my favorite, fond of beets and fried eggs on burgers, meat pies, hokey pokey ice cream, pavlova.. even huhu grubs in my hangi...bluffy oysters...getting hungry...) 

@Buyan Thyagarajan hi, my favorite sites are apartments.com (which auto posts to a few others), zillow.com (which auto posts to a few others) and i actually still use craigslist although it has gone downhill a bit recently. make sure you have quality pictures. it is usually worth hiring a professional photographer. good pictures are a game changer.also, making your written text attractive and more readable is important too. for example, if i hadn’t of broken up this message to you into three parts and just left it a big huge paragraph, it’s far less attractive to the reader.
