Not that they are "scammers", but yes, they probably could inflate numbers a bit to make that sale.You need to research online and network online for now.Then you come home and do more research, shop, and find your first deal that is successful.You don't get all those years back that you're spending overseas.

I've seen much bootleg work and dealt with it in that fashion....usually footing the bill but it was worth the piece of mind and sleeping at night.
