Reputation, real Training and support as well as how you “ fit “ in the culture will be key in your decision making  I would truly consider half a dozen or so from what you paired down through some  due diligence.

If it was for one unit, I would find a reputable used place and buy there, or get some scratch and dent new stuff from the retailer's warehouses.

I am a little nervous about the Turnkey option just because I am not sure how to find out how reputable they are.

@Kyle Swengel you could invest in a syndication opportunity to learn the business and also build a reputation for having skin in the game when talking to your prospective investors.
