You only have 48 hours to turn a contract in from time of execution for it to be effective.That means if I were to get a contract today I would have until sunday to turn it into the title company, but on sunday the title company is closed.

Plus, given your existing businesses, you probably have a fair amount of interaction with RE investors and the trades in the area.If I were starting out again I would follow the same pattern I did back then....find a locate RE agent I liked and who understands what my objectives are...then start looking at properties - perhaps lots of properties.
