No matter, people usually still get something from reading the books, even if it's nothing more than nudging you toward taking additional steps to learn more and be excited.

New to BP and very excited I found this community. 

It saddens my deeply actually.That being said I'm quite excited about the new opportunities available to us now.

Its not what I thought I wanted to do when I started but the more I learn the more I get excited about it!!!

We're very excited and a little nervous.

As for timelines, they are more related to financing and just my excitement to put the rubber to the road, money where my mouth is!  

I'm excited, but I am having a tough time finding an insurance policy on the place.I thought I had this all nailed down, but I just got a cancellation notice in the mail that states the policy will be cancelled due to failure to comply with an inspection.The property is managed, and the manager claims she had a tough time coordinating a single time when all four tenants could meet with the inspector.

I have been reading ALOT in the last couple of weeks, and am really excited to be entering this new adventure in our lives.
