While I disagree with most of it, you are completely spot on that bashing Wall Street has no place.

So NAR guidelines say toss the letter, let the merrits of the offers stand on their own so as to not cause a fair housing violation.Not disagreeing that the policy exist, only that it’s a gross overreach that causes someone to worry about accepting an offer that has a picture.

We have examined the attic and the rafters and see  no evidence of a leak anywhere.  

It depends upon the strength of you, the property, and the bank's underwriting criteria (sorry to be so vague, but the SBA and the banks that underwrite them aren't exactly predictable).Regarding your comment about it being maxed out in income - I respectfully disagree - RAISE RENTS!
