My lawyer called and the basement in his office had 3 ft of water in it , and it was about an inch from the electric meters .  

There is not a gate or fence on the property and there is no electricity.

I'll try to post updates bi weekly; In the past week, the following has been done: --New roof installed just before closing--Light demo completed to reveal hardwood flooring throughout the home, gut kitchen, remove bathroom fixtures, remove trash throughout home and backyard.In the next two weeks we have new framing in kitchen to be done, start some electrical updates, get the half bath and basement back together (those are the easiest) then do drywall patch and painting and refinish floors. 

It should be said that this is for well that has problems, most are normal and all you pay for is electric for pumps and maybe quarterly testing.

As well as RV hook ups and storage tank for off grid. doesn't have solar panels but is wired for plug in electrical.

Just like the states jacking you car tabs on electric cars. 

Any time that power has been off for 6 months or more Ga Power will take the meter and you will have to get a licensed electrician rework all of your electrical to be up to code and get an inspection by the electrical inspector, who will then inform GA Power that it's ok to place a meter. 

I wonder if they were able to get the phone company and electric company to decrease their rates too?

She hasn't even been staying at the property though, she only comes once a week or so to grab a couple of things, turns her bedroom light on and shuts/locks the door so that it wastes the electricity that her roommates are paying for.

In addition to what a normal wall takes to build wall rated for sound is typically double rocked with brackets with rubber feet screwed into studs that attach to horizontal track for the drywall, sound dampening insulation, any electrical will need to be reworked into boxes that extend that far, then sound caulk all the way around the edges of the wall and electrical boxes.
