It sounded like lots of fun until I got more educated about the reality of Ontario Residential Tenancies Act.Maybe I'm missing something, I'm sure lots of you out there are doing well. 

If you're located in Canada, you need education on the guidelines for the Canadian mortgage default insurance.

Either route you go, just make sure you understand all the terms so you know what the upside and possible downside is of each so you’re able to make an educated decision based on your own circumstances and risk tolerance.
