@Heather GipsonAs to whether to make part of your plan Roth or not, that is typically best addressed by your licensed tax advisor, and will hinge on a lot of factors related to age, income, investment goals, etc.You cannot rollover existing Roth IRA funds into a Solo 401k, so anything you do with a conversion from tax-deferred funds to Roth status should be after the setup and rollover of your new plan.You will have one 401k plan, and within that plan the capacity for two sub-accounts.

hi robert. welcome to BP and real estate investing. one thing you have going for you is your age. i have always regretted not doing this much sooner in life. that being said, you do have a lot to learn. there are so many ways to buy real estate in this world, we all simply could not list them here in this forum. most are very creative in nature.
