They are currently getting all the water they want, for free as part of their lot rent.If we submeter, depending on what's written into the current lease, we may have to wait until renewal time, to start billing them directly for water and sewer?

Alternatively, my more specific is Malden and Everett which has direct access to trains and buses and you can find 2 families for the same price range and an occasional three family with work needed.
